When we created Affiliate CRM, we had one clear goal: help people achieve and maximise business opportunities in the best structured way possible — without breaking the bank.

We didn't want excessive confusing contract subscriptions.
We didn't want unnecessary complexity.
We certainly didn’t want people committing to something without fully understanding the differences between CRM systems.

A Neutral Perspective

Having worked on one of the most complex global leading CRM systems on the market, we saw first-hand what works — and more importantly what doesn't. Whilst those leading crm systems are powerful tools, many are not truly designed for mobile users. For sales professionals on the road, this becomes daily frustration — and frustration slows performance.

A real-world scenario

John is a capable sales guy. At 4:55pm the day before, he's asked to visit an existing customer at 9:00am. It's not an area John is familiar with and he he has never met the client before.

Once he’s in the area, John can check his location within the CRM to see what else is nearby. He can view accounts as a clean list or on a map — with key metrics visible — so planning the next stop is quick.

Metrics that guide the next visit

Instead of guessing, John can prioritise by metrics — for example: top accounts, accounts with open opportunities, accounts overdue a visit, or customers who haven’t been contacted within a set timeframe.

Category sectors & account hierarchies

Filter by sector (Education, Care Homes, etc.) and navigate relationships like head offices / parent accounts — for example, drilling down from an Academy Trust to the schools underneath it. Perfect for planning routes around a specific market segment.
