You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity carried out under your account.

You retain ownership of all data you upload to Affiliate CRM.

We process customer data solely to provide and support the services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the lawful right to upload and process any personal data stored in the system.

8. Availability & Support

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may occasionally result in service downtime.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, fail to pay fees, or misuse the service.

You may cancel your account at any time in accordance with your subscription terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Affiliate CRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of data, revenue, or business.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Affiliate CRM harmless from claims arising out of your use of the services, including your breach of these terms or misuse of personal data.

12. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
